As a former professional rugby player, I've had the honor of representing and achieving top-tier success in several countries. My journey in rugby has been marked by significant accomplishments: Russian Champion, French Champion, South African Second Place Winner, Lithuanian Champion, and notably, being named the Best Player in Lithuania. Each of these titles represents not just a personal victory, but a testament to the power of teamwork, perseverance, and strategic play.Transitioning from playing to coaching, I brought my on-field insights to Vairas Rugby and the Lithuanian National Rugby Team. Leading these teams, I focused on harnessing individual talents to forge formidable units, always aiming for excellence. My coaching philosophy centers around building a winning mindset, fostering effective communication, and developing resilience.Currently, as the Director at Šiaulify, I am channeling my extensive experience in sports into the corporate world. My background in professional sports has equipped me with unique skills and perspectives, particularly in communication, professional team building, and cultivating an 'All In' mentality.
