I worked in a cross-functional team with 5 developers and a UX Designer. We developed an enterprise B2B2C mobile app for creating photo products. My input to the team included:- Product discovery - Excavating pain points, needs, and desires from user research, making sense of product data, analyzing the business environment, running experiments, validating assumptions, building roadmaps, customer journeys and all the other activities that minimize the risk of building something wrong.- Product delivery - Getting things done, and getting things across, while being laser-focused on quality, measurable outcomes, and making positive changes. We work in Scrum with the team and often cooperate with go-to-market teams, sometimes with C-level, and other product teams. - Strategic thinking - Aligning product roadmap with the company's objectives, setting OKRs, and putting the app in a bigger picture.- Sales & marketing - Evangelizing the world about the product, pitching prospects and clients, negotiating scopes and ideas and preparing sales presentations and materials.- Mobile-specific knowledge - Deep knowledge of mobile users, mobile design patterns, technologies, and trends, as well as mobile marketing tools.Achievements: - During my time on board, our biggest client's app rating has gone up from below 3.0 to 4.7 stars in Google Play and the App Store.- I introduced Scrum to my team which significantly increased development predictability, aligned the team efforts, and improved overall product quality measured by far fewer crashes (88% to 99,7% crashless sessions) and complaints (from customers, users, and higher management)- I created from scratch the company-wide continuous user interviews process, which brought real users' perspectives to the product team- The app overall conversion rate increased 12 pp. YoY

- Planning & execution - led the Synerise platform integration process with web, mobile, and on-site environments at the enterprise level, start-up, and between, in Poland and abroad.- Customer Success - focus on finding the best solutions tailored to customer needs. Help with setting goals and KPIs, taking care of the quality of deliverables, and exploring business opportunities.- Digital marketing - creating complex scenarios for retail, banking, and fashion industries. Running A/B tests and utilizing best marketing practices.- Communication - Delivering company-wide presentations and demonstrating the platform's capabilities outside. Also, knowledge-sharing activities and improving internal processes within my team. Acting as a proxy between tech and business with external stakeholders. Hands-on experience in working with executives, directors, seniors, specialists, and trainees.- Mobile-specific duties - I was responsible for Synerise's smooth operations with a 4 million users retail app. From creating business scenarios and user stories, through day-to-day work with developers to educating and making sure that everyone has everything needed to get the job done.
