Testing and integration of customer projects, system test and verification:- Estimate the verification and integration effort.- Review the user requirements and specifications, create the test specifications.- Understand the product and project risks and determine the properapproaches.- Prepare the software stack for the IN machines and other hardware in the TestBed and configure the machine for first tests.- Implement tests on all test levels, execute and log the tests based on variousprotocols (HTTP, CORBA, CAP, MAP, RADIUS, DIAMETER) with bothsimulated and real equipment, evaluate the results and document the processand deviations from expected results; thorough test analysis, and correctionsverification.- Offer technical support at the customer premises for the new IntelligentNetworks platforms, train the local team of level 1 and 2 support, integrate andtroubleshoot the IN within the customer environment at the Network OperatorCenter.- Raise tickets or fault reports for each abnormal software or hardware behavior- Adapt planning based on test results and progress (documented in statusreports) and take any action necessary to compensate for problems.- Take exit criteria-based decisions and metrics-based test estimation approach.- Create the official project release documentation.- Assist the customer project installation, offer customer support.- Conform to the internationally accepted software testing standards and ownorganization models.Use different testing approaches (analytical, methodical, process compliant,dynamic and heuristic, regression-averse, consultative) and experience-basedtechniques (exploratory testing and fault attack) and choose the test technique.
