Karolyn Hasselfeld is a Designer, Researcher, and Artisan who offers a wide variety of skills and knowledge to help bring understanding and visualization of all the pieces, parts, or steps in elaborate procedures/systems to the teams she works with. She is a recent graduate of the University of Cincinnati's Masters of Design program at the College of Design, Art, Architecture, and Planning.There she learned to use Design Research Methods, Design Thinking, Data Visualization, and other discursive/strategic design skills through the unique lens of an entertainment designer. She received her BFA in Theatrical Stage Design, which has given her creative storytelling capabilities through physical objects, immersive and interactive designs, and a new way of combining empathy and storytelling to design research and strategies.
