Managing sponsorship activities, brand building through event marketing: creative planning, negotiation and practical implementation, targeting universities.

My responsibilities covered the long-term budget planning as well as the daily execution for a year. I was responsible for managing the sources of income, so I set up the financial background of the newly established team: I negotiated with sponsors, and I collected other revenues for the team, such as from tenders. On the daily basis, I was in charge for the smooth run of our programme. I managed the costs and handled the financials of the team.

Working on the brand of MAGGI, my tasks included the analysis of prices and market shares, as well as making presentations which helped the short- and long-term decisions. I participated in product development in accordance with customers' preferences. I made smaller researches on my own on competitors, and did the administration of other researches, analysing data and providing reports based on the results.

I was taking part in the efforts of Cleanevent co. managing the all-round cleaning of the Olympic Park venues, working in the Olympic Stadium at most of times. I must have been able to provide information to attendants in need of assistance, while I got the chance to get a look behind the scenes of the biggest event in the world.
