I am currently working with Professor Matthew Nolan to communicate the research his group is conducting to the public. This research involves investigation into grid cells and other forms of spatial-navigation cells within the entorhinal cortex and the hippocampus, as well as decoding readout mechanisms of self-localization behaviour.

As the Academic Secretary for the Edinburgh Biomedical Society, I'm excited to organize events such as programming workshops, talks by professionals in academia and industry and discussion events.

I have been an editor of articles for the Edinburgh University Science journal and plan to continue working there for my penultimate and ultimate years.

During the 2022/2023 academic year, I had the role of Liberation Committee member within the University of Edinburgh. This included promoting inclusion and diversity throughout our campuses, organizing events and working on solutions to problems within the community.

After finishing high school, I worked at the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry (IOCB), first in the group led by Sebastian Zoll investigating the parasite T. brucei, and later under Zuzana Kečkešová, studying tumor suppression and the protein LACTB.

During the summer of my senior year and for a few months after, I worked in the marketing department of DLA Piper. This mostly consisted of reviewing legal documents, translating, formatting and other similar tasks.
