Over see all facets of the research department, including but not limited to all of the following, reinforce GCP guidelines and patient safety, monitor site staff and documentation in subject sources for accuracy, monitor EDC/CRF entries to verify all data in sources mirror all data entered into EDC/CRF's, prepare, organize and submit all documents for potential new studies, organize and prepare for monitoring visits, FDA audits and SIV's. Ensure all clinical research equipment is calibrated annually and documented as well as verifying ambient temperature rooms, freezers and refrigerators are always kept within required temperature ranges as per protocol for the storage of IP. Organizing the advertising needed for studies to ensure that recruitment goals are met for each study. Maintain all study regulatory documents. Conduct informed consent process with subjects, perform lab draws as required on specific protocols, confirm patients stay within study visit windows and report AE's/SAE's within the required time frame. Review budget contracts for upcoming studies. Conduct weekly meetings with site research staff to review any protocol changes, subject safety questions, recruitment goals and any staff member concerns or questions regarding current protocols. Travel to investigator meetings as needed for new studies.

Review coverage's with potential new clients as well as current clients to make sure all their insurance needs are being met. Process policy changes as requested by clients to submit to insurance carrier. Review all renewal policies and new polices to ensure they have all of the required coverage's as requested. Responsible for or over 500 client files and would communicate with them to answer any questions or concerns they have in regards to their overages. Re-market renewals at clients request, submit claims as reported by clients and follow through with them to make sure claims have been handled.

Responsible for over 300 client files, answering any questions they may have regarding coverage's, processing policy changes as requested by clients, reporting claims to carrier and ensuring the client is contacted in a timely manner by the carrier to have their claim handled. Review and verify all new policies for accuracy. Monitor renewals for premium increase or policy changes and remarket renewals if requested by client
