Collected, analyzed and interpreted assessment(DIBELS, Acuity, and ISTEP+) data to coach teachers in areas of need.Provided leadership and guidance in developing an effective school-wide literacy and mathematics program, including the development and the implementation of the school improvement plan.Wrote the K-6 summer school curriculum in reading and math for Beveridge Elementary School.Served on citywide Calendar Development Team to develop the 2011-2012 instructional calendar/timeline and mini assessments for the 8-Step Process.Provided professional development to teachers on Bloom's Taxonomy, DIBELS, Acuity, Guided Reading, data analysis, Differentiated Instruction, 6 traits writing, Cooperative Learning and creating Literacy Station.
