Educated to BA (Hon) Teaching Studies level with over 20 years experience in office management systems and procedures and am proficient in MS Office and Excel. I have an Accredited Level 3 Diploma in Executive Secretarial, Admin & PA and Level 2 Combined HR & Payroll Diploma.Within a HR administration role I have experience in planning, delivering and evaluating various documentation. I have experience in providing administration support for policies, projects and records. I have strong organisation skills and have wide experience in organising and delivering events and meetings.Other prior experiences have been in delivering training to colleagues within a school senario. As a subject leader it has been my responsibility to maintain my professional development and to deliver and monitor specialist subject training within my remit.Also, ensuring a happy work environment and offering safe and sound assistance has been a main role in the past. I thrive on attention to detail and ensuring excellent time management. I have a higher level aptitude to multitask and prioritise work, which are all key elements in building good team rapport.
