I have developed a full spectrum environmental and safety compliance program. This program included: procedures, training, inspections and audits. I initiated the construction a matrix that outlined local, state and federal permit requirements, implemented procedures and work tasks to insure regulatory compliance.I acted as lead in various projects which include: road repairs, creek bed remediation and bank stabilization, drainage corrections, sedimentation & erosion controls. I worked closely with the County of Lake’s Community Development Department, The Department of Fish and Game, California Regional Water Quality Control Board, County Environmental Health, Lake County Air Quality Management District, The Army Corp of Engineers as well as the Bureau of Land Management in the areas of permitting and project development. I worked with various geothermal well drilling companies in areas of material management, environmental compliance, safety and contracts.
