• Managed IT infrastructure and operations for Programming Services.• Management responsibilities included large and small project management, participating in campus-wide strategic planning and leadership meetings, conducting adult learning continuing education courses (Access, Word, Excel, and Beginning Computers), selecting and purchasing university-wide hardware solutions.• Routinely managed a team of 15 technical staff members.• Managed an annual operations budget of $2 million and an additional $1.5 million in capital projects each year.• Responsible for simultaneous management of multiple cross-disciplinary project teams to achieve a common vision, on time, on budget while minimizing risk. Representative projects include SIS implementations, process improvement initiatives, strategy/needs analysis, and cost management/profitability analysis.• Responsible for managing university-wide software solutions. Representative projects include the design and implementation of new Chapel Software and ERP Student Information System (Campus Management). The Chapel Software contained six software applications, three application layers, and eight people with a budget of $80,000. The ERP Student Information System involved project planning and development, system codes definition, system setup, data conversion of more than 150,000 student accounts, creating and documenting policies and procedures, system acceptance testing, and end user training.
