I was in charge of all day to day operations. Staffing, scheduling, truck unloads, merchandising, vendor check ins, coaching and training. i would also help the DM during inventories as well as travel from store to store to help get a store back on track.

This job was in a concession stand at a privately owned Racetrack. In the beginning when I started working here. I ran a register, cooked, cleaned and served customers from all. We would serve anywhere from 20 or so people on upwards to almost 500 on any given weekend. By far this was an awesome job. Racers came from all over to race at this track. Around the year 2010 or before I took over managing this concession stand from my parents. We ran all aspects of this business. From customer service to ordering products, cooking ,serving, cleaning and we even catered for special events. When the economy took a turn for the worse in or around 2015 I had to return this business back to my parents as it wasn't lucrative to my family anymore. This business still remains in our family and 23 years later I still go out to the track to work with them whenever I can.
