• Prepare and analyze corporate level work–in–progress (WIP) reports on a monthly basis • Review all current projects for exceptions impacting corporate financials• Develop project reporting for the purpose of successful project management• Implementation of operational platforms, including ongoing training of internal staff• Internal IT management functions (desktop support, network administration, internal purchases)• Track inventory stock levels, eventually eliminating the requirement for stock-on-hand• Continuation of financial operations from prior role (listed below)
