Senior Content Strategist
CurrentLeads a team of communicators to produce award-winning creative content as part of a regional education campaign. Uses analytics and industry research to guide content development and evaluate efficacy. Cultivates relationships and conducts surveys with participating customer utilities to ensure content meets the needs of a diverse regional audience of end-use consumers. Responsible for the creation of more than 250 pieces of digital content since 2017 including videos, infographics, webpages, fact sheets, event displays and signage, and social media posts. Collaborates closely with graphic design department to maintain brand integrity across all products and produce visually engaging creative content. In my role I frequently engage with stakeholders at events across the region, representing the agency at conferences, public meetings, community events and industry communications forums. Since 2021 I have been the chair of the National Hydropower Association’s public affairs committee.
