Provides quotes for voice and data services including SIP, VOIP, and POTS. Processes contracts and renewals with mostly Centurylink but I also work with other smaller carriers. Generates inventory for our clients and constantly monitoring service to see if we can save them money. Working with repair and opening up trouble tickets when the client is having issues. I also work with Centurylinks billing department when the client has billing issues that need to be corrected.

Answers calls from customers regarding questions, concerns, and issues. Working with other internal departments to maintain great service to the customer. Building good contacts with other phone companies and vendors. Research and correcting billing issues to customers satisfaction.

Coordinate circuit installs with customer, vendor, and installers. Working with coworkers to maintain high customer service and meeting set intervals. Working with ILECs to install loops and opening trouble tickets if needed.

Processed orders to install circuits for business customers. Communicated to customer due dates and gave them expectations on our install process. Worked with other phone companies to process orders. Was Team Lead for all toll free orders and answered questions from other coworkers. Audited and corrected billing issues.

Processed long distance call for customer having issues using their calling card or placing the call. Looked up listings when customers requested Directory Assistance. • Monitored fellow employees to make sure 100% customer satisfaction was given.• Took escalated calls when customers were irate. • Processed calling card requests to add more minutes.
