Senior Implementation Specialist
Current• Coordinate initial and ongoing customer launch activities including facility and professional facing setup in the system backend, creating workflows, onboarding healthcare professionals and tracking project metric status• Create and streamline internal workflows for the Regional Team including process workflow, professional trackers, training materials, messaging templates, and strategy • Set-up of and customize the New Facility on the CareRev SaaS Platform: cost centers, billing profiles, users, default requirements, training documentations including workflows, etc.• Work closely with Hospital Clients, CareRev Healthcare Professionals, Clinical Ops, Regional and Credentialing Teams • Review and ensure that professionals maintain current credentials to work legally in their field or specialty• Audit and troubleshoot with the relevant Implementation Project Manager to ensure facility implementation is properly functioning and identify friction points
