• Organize operations for 62 people including ground transportation, charter/commercial flights, hotel accommodations, and team nutrition while managing a budget of $500,000• Create operations strategies and implemented practices to enhance efficiency which resulted in a $20,000 budget for 3 consecutive years• Negotiate more than 48 operations contracts and draft 8+ game contracts during a single season• Compose an 8-hour and 20-hour weekly time management plan annually in compliance with NCAA countable activity rules during the Championship segments• Administer 15+ youth and elite identification camps with more than 800 total participants including player registration, camp marketing, camp store sales, facility management, and camp itineraries. • Implement the inaugural Junior Varsity Women’s Soccer Program to further opportunities for female athletes at the University of Kentucky and add 16 more student-athletes to the program• Organize special events to commemorate team/athlete achievements including Senior Day, End of Season Banquets, and Team Awards Dinner• Synthesize with staff from opposing programs, Southeastern Conference and NCAA Officials, Game Referees, and UK Athletics employees in compliance, sports marketing, facility management, and equipmentSkills: Decision-making, Organization, Scheduling, Coordinating, Problem-Solving, Communication
