Senior Manager, Creative Operations
Current• Lead end-to-end creative processes including tools, workflow, and corresponding documentation• Field creative requests to ensure all requirements are clear and actionable• Manage team resourcing and day-to-day task prioritization• Cultivate and manage relationships with cross-functional team members, along with external partners and agencies when necessary• Oversee all projects by defining clear scope, timelines, and stakeholders, tracking progress and providing deliverables on-time• Educate company-wide on effective creative brief development• Drive project conclusions and implement process improvements through cross-functional collaboration• Serve as the backbone of the creative team, maintaining awareness of bandwidth, priorities, and operations to support the team effectively• Keep digital asset system organized and updated
