* Manage fraud events, customer complaints and other incidents for the Commercial Broker business* Ensure incidents and customer remediation events are managed in accordance with internal and external compliance & operational requirements, policies and procedures* Perform Quality Assurance for on boarding accreditation requests, and provide ongoing support and coaching to the accreditations team

* Ensuring reasonable enquiries of the customers’ requirements and objectives through the Qualitative File Review (QFR).* Working in collaboration with the Retail Broker Business Development team to assist our affiliated broker partners meet and improve their regulatory commitments.• Drive behavioral changes in brokers to reduce compliance breaches, and improve responsible lending standards.• Monitor appropriate broker conduct through trend analysis and insights from the QFRs.

* Manage new and existing customers with end to end home loan applications, from on boarding, preapproval, loan approval through to settlement.* Identify the present and future needs of customers through A-Z reviews and make recommendations for long term financial goals.* Building relationships with clients and managing their needs on an ongoing basis.
