Talent acquisition - Handling local and international assignments. Working with teams from Japan to work on global searches; Human Resources - Working closely with team head on induction and onboarding formalities, employee relations, grievance issues and salary benchmarking; Management Reporting - Preparing monthly and bi-weekly report to team head; maintaining classified and organizational charts for different business units
