- Event audit – Independent unbiased analysis of an event to identify how the event is leveraged within a portfolio and providing strategically focused actions
- Event research and prioritization – Researching and prioritizing third party events for multiple IBM categories
- Creating point of view document which was a detailed report on a 3rd party event including all the key information about the event, along with some of the details necessary for the stakeholder to make a decision on.
- Developing methodologies, tools for assessing/re-assessing events, event producers in a quantitative & qualitative manner.
