Some of the largest clients I work with, from both a Project Management & Sales standpoint, are Earls Restaurant Ltd., TED Conferences, Ledingham McAllister Development, Quadreal Property Group & Gulf & Fraser Financial.At Multigraphics, I process all orders made by one of our top Account Managers (approximately $1.5 million in sales per year), making sure that the materials, quantity, colours and all other necessary information matches what the customer needs. I ensure the production schedule and lead time matches the demand and scope of the project. Once all details and logistics of producing any job are finalized I then create Work Orders for each department the job needs to pass through: Design, Pre-Press, Production, Finishing, Shipping and /or Installation. During this process I constantly maintain the communication with the client to ensure they are 100% satisfied with the product(s) we are supplying them with. In the meantime I coordinate installs, arrange shipping and / or other logistics with trades, contractors or vendors. On any given day I am handling multiple projects at different stages of production. Additionally, I also manage my own client accounts. I get to process these from the initial concept all the way through to completion. I advise customers which options would best suite their scope and I perform my own site visits to better understand the project and to build better relationships with the client. I dealt with permits, 3rd party engineers, coordinate with vendors, fabricators and installers all while maintaining a smooth and precise schedule which meets targets/deadlines.Besides 3D projects I also designed all Vehicle Wraps/partial Wraps for fleet vehicles, all 2D print media jobs and signage which are done in house on a wide format Latex printer or direct to substrate UV, (flatbed), printer.A very fast paced and constantly evolving work schedule meant I was constantly working on several projects each day as well as handling the logistics of production and manufacturing. I was also in charge of updating content and related information to the e-Commerce website, which was using a WordPress platform and later switched to Shopify.
