From 2019 i have been working as CFO in growth companies backed by VC-funds, and in addition taken on board roles in growing businesses. I have contributed in capital raises that have brought more than 100 mNOK of equity to the companies I have worked for since 2019, in addition to this I have also restructured and refinanced dept to optimize the funding of the companies. In between funding rounds I have been the investors contact point in the business and secured good communication between shareholder, the company and the board. My day-to-day al tasks consist of cost control, monthly-, yearly-reporting, budgeting, business development and contact with accouting and auditors.
