CurrentAt TWS Partners, I support Purchasing/ Strategy projects with the following focus areas: - Applying Game Theory, Market Design Theory, Auction Theory, Negotiation Design and Process Design to unlock hidden potentials using the Total Cost of Ownership approach in complex high volume sourcing projects- Advising automotive clients (Tier 1 & Tier 2) both in the UK and Europe- Advising clients in the plastics/ packaging industry- Further focus areas: Industrial economics, contract theory, war-gaming and simulation of negotiationsDay-to-day tasks include:- Data analysis of competitive picture and sourcing details- Project management (including regular reporting to various stakeholders and senior management)- Cross-functional interaction with client contacts to manage the project flow and work out the best strategy for the project at hand by utilizing the team knowledge via a comprehensive excel-based assessment
