He also is a licenced Physiotherapist.He is the founder and owner of Elithera, the Franchise system for successful physiotherapy companies with currently 70 locations and an annual turnover of € 50,000,000.He opened his first practice in 1984 at the age of 21. Among many other techniques he is trained in manual therapy, sports physiotherapy and medical training therapy.As a partner of the Olympic training center, he gained many years of experience in the care of national and international top athletes.He gained also management qualifications as an EFQM assessor, NLP master, medical quality manager and much more.In addition to managing his own corporate group with rehabilitation centers and therapy practices at locations in the Hanover area, he developed ELITHERA, which operates very successfully in Germany and Austria.For many years he has also been teaching at various universities as a lecturer or guest lecturer in the fields of management, leadership, marketing and quality management.His activities focus on the strategic development of Elithera as well as the consulting and management of external clinic departments and practices, both in Germany and in Austria.His aim is to help giving physiotherapy in Germany the place it deserves and to help patients.
