Danmark Protein (DP) in Videbæk is a part of Arla Foods Ingredients. DP has around 600 employees and produces whey-based ingredients (proteins and lactose) for food, infant formula, sports nutrition, and more.Worked in the packaging department, which had around 100 employees.Responsibilities:• Packaging Management: Active member of the packaging management team, contributing to strategic decision-making and operational leadership.• Meeting Leader: Led Daily Stand-up meetings with optimization specialists to ensure continuous communication, coordination, and progress.• Project Management: Led projects related to factory hygiene and followed up on LEAN activities through the optimization team.• Site GMP Coordinator: Responsible for GMP inspections and self-monitoring in the "Lactose 2" area to ensure compliance with GMP standards.• LEAN Implementation: Coordinated LEAN implementation in the packaging department via three optimization specialists and followed up on improvement activities, continuous improvements, and Kaizen initiatives.• Reporting in Power BI: Developed and analyzed reports using Power BI to provide insights and inform strategic decisions.• Statistics and Analysis: Conducted statistical analyses to identify trends and areas for improvement.• Development of Optimization Teams: Contributed to the development of Arla's Line Centric Organization (LCO) teams in the packaging department and improvement of packaging lines' OEE.• Power Platform Development: Developed reports in Power BI and RPA solutions via Power Automate to optimize data management and reporting.• Training and Onboarding: Developed and initiated training and onboarding programs targeted at new operators and facility staff, and trained employees in understanding efficiency, productivity, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
