Made several presentations to explain the advanced charging scheme that is needed for a correct function of batteries and charging in handsets. Have attended different seminars/workshops discussing batteries; Knowledge Foundation and IWPC.· Digital design knowledge, High speed design topologies to secure good functional handsets; minimize or remove reflections.· Connecting engineer between different Texas Instruments divisions, made the connection from designing groups to customer engineers and secured that marked trends / demands is feed back to the designing groups. Have attended definition phases ­ in some cases very deep involvement.· Direct customer support on all levels. Direct engineer to engineer communication and communication with customer strategic personnel when that has been needed or required.

Shima communication was designing a turn-key solution for Asian based customers, in this solution the production test was a key function and here i was responsible for defining test equipment and the implementation of this. Deep insight in high volume test-strategy was a demand for the function. · Developing different special solutions for Shima turn key solutions.
