I’m kind of like a dog - if you throw a problem at me, I’ll run after it and do my best to solve it. Why? Because I like helping people, and due to my red/yellow personality type (Insight Discovery), I also thrive on a daily dose of ad-hoc tasks.For the past 9 years, I’ve been working at Systematic on the electronic health record project Columna. I’m responsible for technical support for our sales team and managing our demo environments, which takes up about a third of my time. My efforts have contributed to bringing two new Danish regions on board.The rest of my time has been spent in various roles over the years: - For the first couple of years, I handled 3rd-level support and defect correction in Java. - For a bit more than 4 years, we delivered and operated the medicine module in Region North, where I managed system surveillance, change management, and incident management. - When the medicine module was replaced by our full solution, I worked as a consultant for Region North to support the implementation. - Afterward, I worked with incident management, but over the last couple of years, I’ve shifted to spending most of my time on internal tools. For example, I designed, coded, and implemented a solution for receiving and handling GDPR data related to support.
