As manager for BPS (Business Process Support) I have the overall responsible for IT at the Stenhøj Group. BPS is a fairly new department within the Stenhoj Group, converting the IT department from a traditional IT department to a more business orientated. The department has 2 focus areas. Technical support making sure that network, hardware and software is running as needed and support with any technical issues our colleagues might have. The other area is Process support, where every working hour is spend on supporting the Business with solutions that secure that we work as efficient and professional as possible. My task is to secure continuously development of the use of IT, and keep seeking solutions that can improve the overall business, to manage the employees and management of Business Process Projects. With reference to CFO, my main task is to implement a more efficient business controlling. Key tasks are construction and implementation of new BI-system (Cognos/TM1), renew existing financial reporting and expand efficiency in work- and controlling processes trough optimized use of IT. My main function at Hamlet Protein was to be the link between Management team in DK and the organization in US, where Hamlet Protein in 2012 started a new production site.
