The assignment incorporated responsibility of 17 different countries, including the 10 new EU-member states, representing a total yearly turnover of approx. €110 mill. In this position I was responsible for a Pan-European Business reorganization and development program covering the European HQ and its nine sales subsidiaries. The program employed 120 team members mixed between nationalities, internal employees and external consultants. The implementation enables following results.•Ensuring common and leading edge.

In 1999 I was appointed as General Manager, covering finance & accounting and general administration including HRM activities. In this position I was accountable for the expenditure & investment budget and I became responsible for E-commerce development & CRM system solutions. During this period I also joined the implementation of the EFQM methodology.

In 1998 I was involved in setting up the Pioneer European HQ Multi Media Branch Office in London. This included solving the day-to-day general management-tasks but also chairing the monthly forecast meetings, coordinating the pan-European sales demands and sales opportunities with the manufacturing constraints and requirements
