Internally (Team Lead & Partner): Set up Simplitude's Stockholm office in a central location with great commute options. Started out working solo but slowly expanded the team by recruiting colleagues and a regional manager, also taking on the role of office manager until then. Had some sales responsibility where I recruited a major client to the company and established a successful project for over a year.As a Team Lead I handled coaching, team development, time reporting, and capacity planning, while also contributing to key decisions in the leadership council. Externally (consultant):Worked on a range of impactful projects, including designing an eCommerce platform and a new design system for Haypp Group, ensuring scalability and consistency across multiple brands. Contributed to the digital design of the app Court 22, which earned a prestigious Red Dot Award for its innovative interface.
