I am the Membership Experience Advisor advising the Vice President of Membership Experience, Director of New Member Experience, and New Member and Continuous Opening Bid Coordinators at the Epsilon Chi chapter at Elon University in Elon, North Carolina. I am responsible for assisting the VP of Membership Experience as she plans Sisterhood Events for the Chapter delegates tasks to her entire team. In addition, I assist the New Member Educator with new member trainings, big/little pairings, bid day, and overall communication with the chapter and advisors in regards to potential new members becoming our newest, initiated sisters.

I served as the sorority advisor for the New Member Educator and Philanthropy Chair at the Alpha Epsilon Chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi at Wingate University. I guided and assisted current leadership council members with their designated duties and responsibilities.

-Successfully owned and operated a small business from open to close navigating a challenging and novice small-business landscape during and after a global pandemic -Was in charge of all business logistics included but not limited to scheduling, payroll, vendor payouts, filing sales & use tax, and all bookkeeping duties-Branding officer inclusive of social media, online website curation, advertising, and public relations-Managed storefront and ordering all products and supplies on a regular basis-Facilitated all staff-training and scheduling bi-weekly for a 10-member team-Oversaw all vendor relations inclusive of recruiting, day-to-day communication, and stock levels-Assisted customers with their needs and strive to create a warm and welcoming experience for all

In this role, I plan and coordinate monthly visit days for 1,000+ prospective students and their family members. I manage and oversee 75 ambassadors, creating their schedules, communicating logistics of the event, and am present to ensure smooth operations the day of the event. This is one of the largest recruiting tactics on our campus and I am able to play an integral part in the facilitation and execution of these large scale events.

As ambassadors we have the responsibility of giving tours to prospective students as well as accommodate groups of middle and high schoolers on field trips. We showcase our University and all it has to offer through providing context of our rich history and displaying an award-winning most beautiful college campus.

Top 10% of applicants chosen to serve incoming students and their parents for 12 weeks welcoming the Class of 2023 alongside 40 other Orientation Leaders. Will lead a total of 13 sessions for 12-15 incoming students, honors students, and transfer students.

I am an active alumna of Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority, initiated into the Nu Beta Chapter October of 2016. I now serve as advisor of the New Member Educator and Philanthropy Chair for the Alpha Epsilon Chapter at Wingate University. I have served on our Bid Day Committee (prepared and organized logistics for Bid Day, hang signs on new members' residence hall doors), as our Football Tent Chair (ordered food, set up materials for tailgating, and engaged with active members and alumni prior to the game), and I was elected in 2018 as our Pledge Class Nominating Committee Chair (worked alongside 5 other actives to facilitate class caucus and create our Leadership Council Slate). I was awarded the Diamond Jubilee Scholarship in 2019 for strong academics, involvement, and commitment to service and our sorority's motto.

I served as 1 of 30 disaffiliated members under the direction of our Vice President of Judicial, ensuring all ten chapters and their members followed all Panhellenic rules and regulations. I ensured the rounds at each house started and concluded at the appropriate time, gave warnings or wrote violations as necessary, and alphabetized potential new members prior to each round recording any absences.

Selected as 1 of 120 recruitment counselors for the entire panhellenic community to serve as disaffiliated members. I attended weekly training meetings, preparing to help guide and mentor 10 potential new members through the entirety of their recruitment process, answering any questions and appeasing all worries. I organized and conducted weekly meetings leading up to the recruitment process, hosted events to allow the women to network with eachother, and was in charge of passing out their schedules each round of recruitment, along with their bid cards on bid day.

Co-host a weekly segment on WUMS 92.1 streamed live to the local Oxford and Lafayette County Region every Tuesday at 1p.m. Central Standard. A sequel to my original show "Young and Fun," which aired live two years ago -- "Young, Fun and Nearly Done," consists of 2 second-semester Seniors (Jessica Everett and myself), navigating the all too quickly approaching "real world," while playing fun music, laughing at life, and embracing every moment remaining! I served as a communications and marketing intern where I assisted with:- Interviewing, attending events, and writing content for the annual magazine (writing pieces featured in the attachment below)- Brainstorming and creation of social media content (example of a video attached below)- Analyzing social media metrics- Developing digital content for web platforms (search engine optimized content)- Collaborating with other interns and staff to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns- Interviewing students, employers and alumni for articles, blog posts and social media- Capturing photos at events, portraits of interview subjects, and visual content around the business school- Assisting in developing new content for the website

Collaborate on a tight deadline to brainstorm, film, and edit 1 to 2 minute packages aired live on the newscast weekly consisting of b-roll, interviews, and stand-ups.

I worked for News Watch Ole Miss for 2.5 years. The last role I held was as an anchor where I facilitated a live thirty minute show bringing all the latest Breaking News, Sports, Weather, and more. Following the tagline, Keep It Local, Keep It Here.

I ensured all digital content was uploaded to our website and social media sites. I also engaged viewers with social media by updating them on the latest information from the news room. Also being a part of staff for NewsWatch Ole Miss, I helped with production by running cameras during the live shows each day.

This Summer assisted in various capacities including helping on the assignment desk, web desk, shadowing reporters/ anchors/ photographers/ producers/ news directors, working with editing and run-down softwares, and learning the various other roles and duties of working at a News Station.

Worked in camera operation and assisted in behind-the-scenes production activities such as crowd involvement, game footage, instant replay, and game re-caps.

I am a staff member of a local student run newscast station airing at 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. I forecast the local weather to Ole Miss and the surrounding areas of Lafayette County each week.

Co-hosted an hour long radio segment weekly titled "Young and Fun", providing the local area with throwbacks from the late 90's and early 2000's. My job consisted of selecting songs each week, and creating entertainment for the hour segment I air live. Rebel Radio 92.1 is a completely student run, live radio station airing for the local Oxford, Mississippi community.

I was responsible for answering telephone calls, filing paper work, keeping the work area clean, and assisting customers during wedding tastings and as needed.
