I was responsible ATV Europe’s operation schedule budget and management. I reported directly to the Ciner Media Group President and the Board Committee.I manage to increase the advertisement revenues of ATV Europe by seven times.

I initiated the structural formation of Kanal D European Feed and was fully responsible for the operation. I reported directly to the Board Committee the income-outcome assessments, program schedule, cost brackets etc.. Aside from this I was also responsible for the program management as part of my job description. Meetings with production companies, contracts for various programs and to make sure that the programs were delivered to the channel as agreed upon, and make sure the fees were covered as promised. I worked very closely with the financial department in order to adapt the budget to our feasible expectations. I reported directly to the General Manager and the committee.
