Key Responsibilities: Coordinator for UPS Over all in-charge of UPS Operations and customer care activities in Chennai Region (entire Tamil Nadu) Controlling all over Tamil Nadu and part of South India to forward the shipments across the country Attending on time Inbound and Outbound queries Attending complaints of International customers and coordinating with all Import and export departments of all the major MN companies in and around Tamil Nadu (Ford India, Caterpillar, Hyundai, BHEL, Borg Wagner, Spel semi conductors, Stanadyne Amalgamation, Hindustan lever Ponds exports, SRF, Talema electronics and many others) Interacting with UPS clearing departments for obtaining the paper works customs authorizations as per the client’s request and providing the same on time Following up of incoming Duty paid shipments, deliveries and remittance of Duty collections, maximum of rupees one lakh per week Providing on time weekly and monthly reports to the clients. Reporting through MIS to the Zonal Operations Manager on weekly basis
