Involved in end-to-end recruitments for the Technology consulting practice, wherein primarily working for Infrastructure and compliance positionsSource a diverse pool of candidates by using a variety of cost effective methods via – Internal Database, Employee Referrals, Job Portals, and Social Networking.Extensive use of Recruitment tool – Job Postings in Naukri for maintaining internal database, broadcast the Naukri posting in LinkedIn (Social Network), reviewing applications applied against the job requisitions, moving applications across hiring steps. Responsible for candidate assessment and present qualified candidates to the Business & taking ahead the candidatures for offer negotiation & closing the hires.Experience in Passive Sourcing for specific requirementsCollect all the feedbacks and interact with the manager to understand and arrive at the hire decision. Working experience in Big-Three Software Industry: Information Technology (IT), Scientific and Real-Time/Embedded (R-T/E)

• Understanding requirement from clients, discuss with team members and work for it.• Sourcing applicants through database mining, portals, Stack overflow & Social networks.• Managing database of candidates and responsible for full life cycle in IT Recruitment.• Screening suitable resumes for the given requirements.• Conducting preliminary Screening with candidates to ascertain their Competencies, skills and aspirations (position, salary, relocation aspects Etc). • Verifying the facts mentioned by the candidates in their resume.• Scheduling technical interviews & coordinating with Clients as well as candidates.• Follow up Candidates from screening till joining formalities.• Follow up with Clients for Candidates feedback (till the candidate Joins) & Invoice Processing.• Handling Clients meeting & Account Management.• Preparation & analysis of weekly & monthly reports on various activities undertaken.• Sending mass mails to build resume database.
