- Ensuring all Machines are programmed for day to day manufacturing structure- Monitoring on chemical composure on all machines and timing check on process flow to ensure product outcome is with 100% quality- Managing a team of blue collared workers & assistant supervisors on chemical composures and logistics- planning on inventory holding and supply chain for the warehouse.

-Experience in checking quality on various auto components such as steering KNUCKLE, brake DISC & DRUM and HUB.-Well Known in handling GENERIC gauges. -Read and understand blueprints and specifications. -Recommend adjustments to the process or assembly.-Responsible for assuring that manufactured items are made and assembled correctly. -Checking knuckle lines for every 2hrs which are all manufactured in control spec and recommend adjusting the critical parameters.-All the actual parameters are updating in the In-process Inspection Chart.-Inspector in following new setting and making job setup verification for new product.-Train up new inspectors to check IPIC.-Participated in weekly team meetings, daily meetings, Quick revision meetings, defect review meetings.
