I have almost 7.5 year experience of oil and gas & power plant industry as PIPING ENGINEER and myDuties and Responsibilities:Supervision of work site, manpower handling, job assignment, safe working condition and safety activities on site.Study of isometric drawing, preparing bill of materials.Fabrication &Erection of piping spools& supports on site as per drawing.Carry out visual inspection for fit up and welding of pipe spools erected on site.Preparing daily and weekly work progress report and drawing status report.Planning and monitoring the progress of work according to the project schedule and prepare daily progress report for completion of work.Responsible for generating work plane ideas as well as providing work instruction to the assigned job.Co-ordination with supervisor and store personnel store proper execution of work to meet the deadline for completion of project on time.Maintaining a quality check of the materials required testing & commissioning.Planning activities for NDT and client QC team, conducting welder qualification test and NDT (RT/UT/MPT/DPT) for shop weld & field weld.Isometric clearance for loop file completion & clear punch list for mechanical completion.Supervision, monitoring and coordinating of all shutdown activities which includes maintenance inspection and testing of oil & gas, Refinery.Maintenance of all major static equipments like heat exchangers, columns, air fin fan coolers, pressure vessels, furnaces, reformers etc. Maintenance of high pressure shell and tube heat exchanger involving cleaning of fouled tubes with the help of high pressure pumps/water jetting upto 2000 psi pressure with the help of power lance and with the help of hydro kinetic method.Verifying the requirements of manpower and machinery against the availability at site.Preparation of monthly and weekly targets to archive the completion target of the projectPreparation of the material requirement of raw materials, work front from other agencies and tools and tackles.Maintaining the safety requirements & Housekeeping.Close supervision, coordinating for extraction of u-tube and straight tube bundles of exchangers using bundle puller.Hydro testing for high pressure vessels and shell& tube of heat exchangers.Final handover of shutdown activities and documents.
