I’m involved in project assessment (including testing of project viability), sanctioning, disbursement and credit monitoring post sanction.PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN*Refinancing of existing term loan for a minor port in Andhrapradesh amounting to INR 10 BN*Rupee Term Loan funding for a Greenfield project for one of the berth operator at Major Port in Tamilnadu amounting to INR 6 BN*Flexible restructuring for one of the berth operator at Major Port in Orissa amounting to INR 3 BN*Bank Guarantee, cash credit and Rupee term loan facility funding to one of the aircraft operator under UDAAN Scheme for INR 250 MM*Rupee Term Loan funding for a onshore rig company amounting to INR 1 BN*Rupee term loan funding for one of the minor port in Andhra Pradesh amounting to INR 5BN (with BG sublimits)

Worked under Port sector which majorly involves Project Advisory, Debt syndication and Refinancing of companies in the same sector.Role involves:- Preparing Information Memorandums.- Developing and evaluating financial models.- Engaging with banks/FIs and clients for fund syndication.- Term sheet discussion and negotiation with the prospective lenders.Was actively involved in a bid advisory for a Major Port for attempting a Dredging in PPP for the first time in India which involved extensive discussion and meetings with Ministry of shipping and Standing Finance committee (SFC), couple of project appraisal in minor ports for handling coal cargo at their terminal and Syndication for a cement company at India. Presently involved with a major port for a bid advisory to convert their existing iron ore terminal to coal terminal. Interacting with port authorities, authorities from Ministry of Shipping to carry out the assignment.Also involved in a bid advisory with another major port for restructuring their berth for handling multipurpose cargo. presently ongoing.Roles in Advisory involved:- Preparation of Bid documents based on the model documents.- Developing financial model to assess the viability of the Project- Attend SFC/other committee meeting to seek approval of the project.- Engaging with clients in preparing the RFQ, RFP and Concession Agreeement.- Help clients in the legal vetting of the project and to achieve Financial closure.
