My educational journey, coupled with my achievements and professional experience has cultivated a strong foundation in problem-solving, leadership and strategic thinking. Education has always been a cornerstone in my pursuit of knowledge and personal growth. I completed my BE in Civil Engineering at PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research (PSG iTech). The splendid academic environment at PSG iTech not only equipped me with a strong technical background but also nurtured me with opportunities to enrich my problem-solving, critical thinking and leadership skills. During my UG I had opportunities to serve as Secretary of Students Union and Joint-Secretary of Department of Civil Engineering at PSG iTech. As the Secretary of the Students Union, I had the privilege of leading a dynamic team, fostering collaboration among students and faculty members and organizing many events that enriched the academic and cultural atmosphere of the campus. During my tenure as the Joint-Secretary of the Department of Civil Engineering, I played a pivotal role in organizing seminars, workshops and industry interactions. These roles allowed me to bridge the gap between administration and students, ensuring a conducive learning environment for everyone. Additionally, serving as an NCC Cadet enhanced my discipline, resilience, teamwork and a strong sense of duty. My commitment to excellence continued in the professional sphere, where I served as an Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Working at TCS not only sharpened my technical acumen but also exposed me to the intricacies of project management and client interactions. These versatile experiences have not only broadened my horizons but have also instilled in me a passion for leadership, adaptability to dynamic work environments and a desire to create a positive impact in my environment. Currently my journey as a PGPM student at IIM Tiruchirappalli helps me broaden my perspective, strengthen my skills and build a confident character over the period. My journey so far has been characterized by a relentless pursuit of excellence, a commitment to leadership and a passion for continuous learning. I am confident that the diverse experiences, both academic and professional, have equipped me with a unique skill set that I can contribute to and further develop. I am excited about the prospect of collaborating with the talented community, where I believe I can make meaningful contributions and continue to grow as a leader and innovator.
