*Responsible for manufacturing the Semi-finished parts of Car interior seatings.* Planning & Co-ordinating with PPC, Procurement and Production teams for hassle-free production.* Monitoring & ensuring on-time delivery of finished parts for the Assembly.* Timely preparation & arrangement of Design related files & inputs for CAM machines.* Interaction with Headquarters and Vendor teams for process improvements.* Study & Analysis of man & machine capacities for continuous improvement.* Preparation of master pattern datas for the seating patterns to ensure the quality standards.* Project matrix preparation for new models.* Follow-up with the relevant stake holders like Procurement, Business & Development teams for any new projects.* Preparation of Raw material usage matrix.* Continuous improvement in design related files & raw materials to increase the efficiency.* Troubleshooting & Problem solving for new projects during Productivity.* Preparation of relevant documents for Audit programs. * Monitoring the Daily Production Analysis & Trend reports.* VA / VE improvements.* Preparation of BOM usage data.* Verifying BOM & specification for all the models to avoid spec errors in final stage.* Inventory management

Responsible for End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management.To begin with,● Meeting Brand’s Requirements w.r.t. Quality, Cost, Quantity& Timeline● Creation of MM (Material masters) and BOM (Bill OfMaterial) in SAP● Cost workout for each SKU’s level● Interacting & coordinating with stakeholders like Quality,Production & Purchase teams across the division for timelydeposition of NP● Design Review & Validation in terms of Engineering,Styling & Manufacturing● Monitoring new products in the pipeline and initiatingcorrective actions in case of bottlenecks● Troubleshooting & Problem solving for the New products● Ensuring Quality & Reliability of New Products● Continuous improvements on Processes and Products● Interacting with the Technical designs & Manufacturingteam for checking the feasibility● Project matrix preparation● Timely entries of data pertaining to NP● Monitoring the Daily Production Analysis & Trend report forthe NP deliverables in SAP.
