Vinfinet Technologies's trade name is "Kisan Raja Innovations Pvt. Ltd." Worked for the World Bank Group from Vinfinet Technologies Ltd. Independently handled project life-cycle for a ‘data-driven precision irrigation automation project’ which helped in water and energy conservation for the West Bengal government.  Devised and executed an impactful PoC using AWD concept for rice and wheat crop with the help of IOT sensors supported by a mobile App.  Optimized end-to-end product specifications based on client requirement. Designed complete IOT Systems architecture including interfaces, data, and pre/post-processing. Conducted research studies to assess farming conditions with tail-end farmers and agronomists and interpreted data to enhance production. The system was built for conserving ground water, reducing wilting / flooding of crops, manual intervention, input costs, and increasing profitability. Few of the parameters used were standing water level, soil moisture, temperature and humidity, rain fall, ground water recharge/depletion, flow rate, weather forecast, and satellite imagery.  Developed a sophisticated cloud-based ‘data storage and computing platform’ for processing data and interpreting the results to trigger alerts to farmers. Developed a cloud application to monitor crop schedules and generate analytical reports.  Built and strengthened strategic relationships with clients, local vendors, and global business partners to scale up implementation across India (Punjab, AP, & TN). Independently documented the program for national level presentation and further R&D.

A bio-floc and farming startup that implemented latest technologies in shrimp production.  Key responsibilities included conceptualisation, design, farm preparation, business development, and project management. Independently set up a fully equipped state of the art aquaculture nursery, grow-out ponds and a processing plant for ‘Bio-Floc Shrimp and Fish cultivation’.  Applied telemetry and solar charging sensors to alert on critical parameters like DO(dissolved oxygen), PH, salinity, water temperature, blower pressure, sunlight, and feeders which helped in automating the production unit by 70% and reduced manual intervention. This made the high-risk livestock business into a reliable and sustainable one.  Selected project experience includes:- Monitored technical aspects and coordinated between consultants and on-site team to ensuretimely completion of the project. - Created project-oriented financial/operating proposals for procuring machinery, raw material, andother essentials required for a successful culture. - Analyzed and presented financial standings and cost-effectiveness and earnings to partners,investors and other stake holders.
