HR Business Partnering and Operations:• Responsible for complete employee life cycle management which include processes like Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Manpower Budgeting & Planning, Rewards & Recognition, Managing smooth exit of an employee• Providing employees and managers with an available first point of contact for their queries / questions on fundamental HR topics.• Taking care of exit formalities, both voluntary and involuntary including exit interviews.Employee Engagement:• Effectively implement employee engagement initiatives across all the levels of employees, Drive & execute action plans based on employee engagement survey & interactions.• Conduct engagement initiatives to foster better positive attitude towards organizational objective.Talent Acquisition:• Develop an overall recruitment strategy including design and implementation of process and systems• Ensuring recruitment is carried out as per recruitment plan and hiring strategy, targets / SLAs for hiring are met.• Collaboration with business leaders in the identification of new talent acquisition approaches and solutions to meet current, emerging and future business needs• Continuously review, improve and facilitate effective talent acquisition process yielding the best talent pipeline, selection process and successful placement to match current and future talent needs.Learning & Development:• Collaborate with leaders to Identify Training Needs based on Annual Performance Appraisal and Skill Matrix.• Worked closely with the Learning and development team in revamping Campus-to-Corporate Induction program which transformed the learning landscape.• Formulating Training Calendar based on training need identification (TNI) with the help of L&D team.

Talent Acquisition & Talent Management• Responsible for end to end recruitment of middle and senior level mandates• Understand the technicalities and analyze the client requirements• Creating Job Descriptions and identify the target companies, mapping profiles according to theclient requirements.• Sourcing, assessing and short-listing of candidates for assigned mandates• Facilitate interview lining up and coordination• Maintain excellent resumes to interview conversion ratio, strong pipeline of shortlisted candidates• Facilitate negotiation on salary structure, Follow-up on offers and joining• Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with employers.• Maintaining a strong database of candidates for openings in futureKey Account Management & Business Development• Manage the talent acquisition needs of major IT clients.• Client Interface for Mandates: Visiting clients to build and develop a good understanding of clientcompanies, their industry, work culture and environment thereby enhancing client relationships.• Manage the talent delivery team that ensures deliveries on assigned mandates• Exploring new opportunities with existing clients thereby ensuring client retentionOther Activities• Independently handling entire branch operations and facilitating internal recruitment• Coaching & mentoring new recruits and facilitating their smooth on-boarding
