Responsibility:Hiring candidates on Full time and Contract basis.Understanding the client requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates.Conducting communication via E-mails and SMS.Recruiting candidates based on their tax terms (W2, Corp to Corp,) and Visa Status (US Citizen, Green Card, EAD-OPT-CPT, H1B, etc.)Responsibilities: Responsible for sourcing IT Professionals through networking including LinkedIn, internal database and job boards such as Monster, Dice as well as referrals.Achievements: 200-300+ sourcing connects a week on 10-30 active requirement resulting in 8-12 qualified submittals per week and an average of 1+ placements per month over-all.
