- In charge of overall activities of Purchase and logistics department.- Have taken additional responsibility - Warehouse (managing a Team of 4) from March’17- Average Cost Reduction in Raw material and consumables by 5 %.- Finding optimal source for materials based on Linear Programming Application- Providing regular reports to management on Overall Purchase and Inventory.- Evaluating vendor performance based on QCD (Quality/ Cost/ Delivery) - Maintaining the stock without any variance by conducting stock verification and documentation- Implementation and maintenance of 5S in warehouse. FIFO maintenance in FG and Dispatch Area- Regularizing material receipts and ensuring the fluidity of stocks from warehouse to stores

- Planning and procurement of imported and domestic raw Materials, consumables and spares- Managing imports and exports of raw materials and finished goods across the world- Coordinating with Freight forwarders and CHA for smooth transition- Vendor Management and Evaluation - Developing alternative local and international sources for Raw Materials and consumables- Finalization of Annual Rate Contract / Annual maintenance Contract- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of material. - Successful completion of both ISO 9001 & 14001 audits with proper documentation.
