Cyber Security Analyst
Current• Develop and implement various security policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with ISO 27001 compliance.• Review system logs using SonicWall, Sophos UTM, Mimecast and other server logs for signs relevant to security incidents and conduct forensic analysis when necessary.• Assist in the management of security tools and systems, such as Trend Micro, M365 Defender, MFA, AWS -EC2, Firewall, VMware. • Generated comprehensive security reports, including vulnerability assessments, incident summaries, and threat intelligence analysis. Made changes to policies and procedures based on these reports.• Work closely with IT and DevOps teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues by analysing log data and performance metrics• Investigating security incidents and breaches and implementing remediation strategies.• Establish phishing and other campaigns to create cyber security awareness across the organisation.• Monitor email traffic using Mimecast and ensuring with the email security policies which also involves setting up rules for filtering, blocking, or quarantining suspicious emails.• Configure data sources, dashboards, and alerts in Grafana to provide real-time insights into the organization's infrastructure, application performance, and security• Administered Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) policies, Azure Cloud, AWS servers, MFA, M365, and servers.• Work closely with IT and DevOps teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues by analysing log data and performance metrics.
