Job Description: Key Responsibilities handled: *Performs QC checks in accordance with the QM/QA system manual and in compliance with the project quality control manual*Approve incoming materials in conformity with drawings and specifications by conducting visual and measurement tests, and returning products for re-work*Documents inspection results by completing reports completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste.*Perform field inspection with engineering-level documentation and evaluate the work performed and materials installed as per the approved drawings and compliance with client requirements.*Responsible for Closure of NCR raised by Clients and Consultants and Responsible for raising NCR, MDR material, and installation inspection requests prior to project requirements.*Closure of Final Inspection, Snagging, and De-snagging comments using Oracle Aconex.*Prepare Non-Conformance reports to the QC Manager or Project Manager and assist in developing Corrective actions.*Assist the site QC Manager in the organization, Maintenance, and Control of Quality System.*Water test carried out at site as per project Specification and get approval from a consultant.*Coordinate with Contractors to the resolution of drawing interpretation. Coordinate all site inspections with the Clients.*Participate in the development and review of project documents (ITP, MST, CHECKLIST, and MAS).*Perform PMI testing on incoming materials to determine the composition of elements that meet the standards as per the project requirements. *Attend the weekly QC meeting, Review work Procedure, Program report, and Method statements for compliance with good work practices and the customer's contract specializations.*Participate in the internal and external audit process, which includes planning, preparation, execution, reporting results, and follow-up.*Execution of work must always be in line with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Policies and other legal standards.
