 To take care of the 24*7 shift, Consisting of 100 Operators (Per shift), 4 supervisors, and 1 in-charge. Planning Production for the current and future orders & executing the planned work Allocation Manpower based on the planned work. Conducting production meetings with Team members and motivating them to meet the targets.  Conducting Stand-up meeting daily to discuss the Targets and Achievements for Production Efficiency  Maintaining Weekly & Month end Stock count and sending the stock-take reports to the finance team & CEO Reporting to Production Manager & AGM, Operations. Coordinating with other departments for timely issue of Inputs and other Production & Packing Trims (Merchandiser, HR, Cutting, Stores, purchase, Electrical & Maintenance & other units) To do Kaizen on each production process
