Currently, providing support for production activities, reviewing code to meet SDLC standards, & strongly responsible for coordinating project updates, any related queries/ clarifications across the sites. Analyzing the system phase to phase and responsible for the technical design documentation. During the course of the project, managed & mentored a team of 6 to meet objectives & deadlines. Was involved in peer reviews and quality checks of project before delivery to the customer. Was completely responsible for project deliverables end-to-end as the team lead.

Worked on the design and implementation of DSP based high performance, low cost, and highlyrobust real time video encoder intended for video surveillance applications. Developed,simulated and tested the design using MATLAB.
