Resourcing & Recruitment Overseeing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources. Planning human resource requirements at Managerial and Non Managerial levels in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas.  Preparing Job Descriptions & identifying competencies required. Scheduling and coordinating interviews, completing relevant documentation with seniors.  Facilitating employee selection, negotiating and fixing the Salary, organising medical check-ups and issuing Intent and Appointment letters to shortlisted candidates.Induction / Exits Managing Induction Programs; supervising the completion of joining formalities and ensuring that employees settle into their new roles. Acquainting the new employee about the company & its policies, organising visits to shop floors. Interfacing with Functional Managers for confirmations and reviews. Monitoring the effective utilisation and retention of Manpower.  Managing overall Exit formalities; inclusive of conducting Exit Interviews of all Employees.Team Management / Employee Welfare Managing the gamut of tasks including manpower planning, recruitment, induction and training of teams.  Creating an environment that sustains and encourage high performance; motivating teams in optimising their contribution levels. Organising and conducting various employee involvement forums like Grievance Redressal Meetings, Birthday Parties, Contests, Fun at work, etc.General Administration/Liaison Coordinating with clients & government organisations for smooth operations. Liaising with statutory authorities for application, renewal & protection of trademarks. Monitoring financial goals relating to sanctions for payments & wages, compensation, perks, gratuity, PF, etc
