Worked on the ED improvement process for Grady using Six Sigma Process

My role was lead the team of Latin America, Canada and Europa region which comprises of 10 team members .I used to track the issues and prioritizing it based on urgency using Remedy tool .Based on application and urgency.I worked on data validation and data cleansing process , data flow diagrams, database normalization, ER modeling techniques for OLTP and dimensional modelling for OLAP.Also I coordinated Year-end transition for Latin America, Canada and Europa region and ensured that transition process had been done smoothly and within the time frame. I worked in Finance/Inventory month end issues and ensured that there were no issues in finance /inventory module during month end closing.Due to my continuous and commendable contribution ,I was awarded with five Star Performer awards .I am very happy to say that I was acknowledged with “Mattel Hall of Fame “ award which was presented by Mattel CIO for my commitment and continuous contribution .

I worked as Programmer Analyst.Sharing knowledge is one of most important aspect of team work. Team work plays major role in success of IT. I ensured that all of my team members gained sufficient knowledge for the applications which I worked. I received the “Guiding Light of Mattel” award as acknowledgement for my work.
